A many of many names Great Grey, aka Jake Williams, has been creating music since 2008. Ever evolving and ever expanding, Great Grey covers a breadth of ground musically, all revolving within psych rock sound. From airy and melodic to heavy and gritty, the one man band keeps listeners on their toes with each and every track. Not only is the music expansive to the listener, but also personally.

With 9 albums currently available to the public, Williams always tries to top himself on each release. No stranger to the public eye, he has also performed live in various forms, as part of an indie-folk duo Tulip Eyes, formerly on bass in local rock group The Lovedarts, and currently in sludge metal band Agnes Beef. Williams also has a radio program on KGVM 95.9 FM. Never limited by self or surroundings, as Great Grey he always tries to connect the audience to a fresh sound. The entertainment comes first and foremost to Williams. Hopefully you’ll be entertained by Great Grey right here at the Gallatin Underground.
